You can add equipment in a few ways:
- Basic cataloging – this comprises of walking around your facility and adding equipment records via your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Equipment page (located in the sidebar)
- Click “New” in the upper right-hand corner
- Input the equipment's datapoints (manufacturer, model, location, etc.)
- Add some pictures of the equipment
- Click “Save”
- Bulk imports – if you have datasets of equipment (spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.), we may be able to help you upload them to your account. Alternatively, if you don't have this information but do have a general understanding of the equipment that's in your property (ex: equipment that's the same from room to room or unit to unit), let us know, as we may be able to help with that as well.
- NOTE: you can also bulk import the equipment, then over time add more details and pictures.
