In their most basic terms, location reservations are events that occur at your facilities.
The process for how they get created is quite simple:
- First, a user submits a reservation request by a request form, providing some basic details about their event (title, description, location(s), date(s), etc.)
- The submitted request then gets sent off to a manager for review and approval.
Once approved, the reservation is official, and the requester is notified.
From the point of submission to the point of the event taking place, the user who submits the request can track its progress in the platform and is sent relevant alerts and notifications. They can also communicate with their team via the commenting functionality to ask any questions, provide updates, and more.
