How do I choose when PM work orders are created?

If you have the "Update company info" permission, you can set when preventive maintenance (PM) work orders are generated for your entire company.

Here's how:

1. Go to Company Settings
2. Scroll down to the Configurations section
3. Click on PM Settings (at the bottom of the list)

From there, you can choose the exact time PM work orders generate in 15-minute increments across US time zones. This setting applies company-wide, so any PMs scheduled for your organization will be created at the time you select.
