As noted in this FAQ, tasks are ad hoc work assignments that can be created at any time and do not require a formal approval/review process. They can be assigned to you and/or your teammates, and related to equipment, parts, or properties.
You can create ad hoc tasks via:
- The Work Manager
- Individual property/sublocation record pages
- Individual equipment record pages
- Individual part record pages
