Work requests are how users communicate their work needs (e.g., maintenance) to the broader team.
Users simply open the "Work Request" form, provide some basic details about their request (description, location, category, etc.), and hit submit.
Once submitted, the request is then routed to the appropriate user(s) for review and approval.
From the point of submission to the point of the work being completed, the user who submitted the request can track its progress in the platform and is sent in-app, email, and SMS alerts. They can also communicate with the team via the request's 'comment' feature.
