A work order is an approved work requests. They contain all the necessary details provided by the requester and serve as a formal work assignment for the fulfillment team.
So, when a user submits a request and a reviewer approves it, the platform automatically creates a corresponding work order and adds it to the Work Manager.
The work order will look like this and allow users to:
- See all relevant data (e.g., assignee, priority, status, due date)
- Track all activity in the "History" section
- Communicate with their team via the History section
