How do I close a work item?

You can close a work item in one of three ways:

1. From inside the work item - click the ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner of the modal and click “Close”
2. From the Work Manager – click the ellipsis on the task in question and click “Close”
3. From the Work Manager –
   • “Check” the work item(s) you’d like to close
   • Click the “Close” button that appears
   • Confirm you want to close the work items
