Templates are standardized task frameworks that users create to ensure consistency across work items, making it easy to generate uniform tasks each time. They incorporate:
- A name
- A description
- Checklist items to complete (optional)
- Attachments, like pictures, videos, documents, etc. (optional)

Users can:
- Easily create new templates from scratch
- Create new tasks using saved templates
- Save existing tasks as templates
- Manage their company's templates from the "Template Editor" page
- View and manage individual templates on their own detail page
- Apply templates to PM schedules
