When a trip request comes in, you'll find it on the Trips page with a "Pending Review" status.
Click the request to open the review modal:
The top of the modal shows the trip details submitted by the requester — starting point, destination, dates, vehicle type, passenger count, etc. At the bottom is where you can take action.
To approve:
- Assign at least one vehicle from the dropdown. (You can add more via the + Add Vehicle button.)
- Assign a driver to pair with each vehicle (not required at this point).
- Choose pre- and post-trip inspections for each vehicle.
- Click Approve to confirm your approval.
If you need to deny the request instead, click Deny and enter a reason. The requester will be notified and the denial reason will be logged in the activity history.
Once approved, the trip's status updates to "Approved, the requester is notified, the assigned vehicles are marked unavailable for conflicting requests, and each assigned driver will see the trip appear automatically in their Driver Assignments.
